Students will not simply arrive for class.
The Cocoa No. 9 experience begins with an Opening Salon near the ocean, then transitions into the atelier for a week of focused chocolate work.
Morning Cocoa Table, printed daily agendas, in-house lunches, evening events, final presentations, and a completion ceremony with embroidered chef coat and alumni pin are all part of the Cocoa No. 9 house standard.
Open Studio Evenings
Learning a technique is only the beginning. On selected evenings, Bonbon Bleu Atelier students are invited back into the Cocoa No. 9 studio for independent practice. With access to professional equipment, molds and workspace, students can repeat the day’s techniques while the process is still fresh—turning demonstration into understanding and understanding into confidence.
